Money‑Back Policy

This Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for subscriptions purchased directly through get-savvio.com. It supplements—and does not replace—your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE

Except where a refund is required by law or expressly granted under this Policy, all charges are final and non-refundable once processed. As Savvio provides digital content and AI services that are available immediately upon purchase, we do not generally offer refunds for "change of mind."

2. OUR 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to experience the full power of Savvio’s AI shopping assistant risk-free. If you are not satisfied after your first paid charge, you may request a full refund within 30 days of that payment, provided the following conditions are met:

We review all requests in good faith and will email you our decision—approved or declined—within 5 business days.

3. CASES NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE

The voluntary 30-day guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

  • Billing Awareness: Forgetting to cancel a free trial before it converts to a paid plan, or forgetting to cancel before a monthly renewal.
  • Partial Use: Requests made after the 30-day window for "unused" time in a billing cycle.
  • Multiple Claims: Attempting to claim a refund for the same household or user multiple times.
  • Abuse: Customers who have previously filed chargebacks or violated our community guidelines.

4. HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

  • Original Method: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method only (e.g., your credit card or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: We initiate the refund within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 10–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

5. STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT (EU/UK RESIDENTS)

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of your first paid charge without giving a reason.

  • How to Exercise: Email help@get-savvio.com with a clear statement: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for Savvio."
  • Exception: By accessing the Savvio Basic / Plus features immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that we may deduct a proportional amount for the service provided during those 14 days, or—if the digital content was fully delivered—refuse the refund under applicable digital goods regulations.

6. CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us first. Most billing issues can be resolved faster via support than through a formal bank dispute (chargeback). Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Savvio account and may incur additional administrative fees.

7. POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Money-Back Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." If you are an active subscriber and a change materially limits your refund rights, we will notify you by email.
