1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Savvio. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. THE SERVICE

Savvio provides an AI-powered shopping assistant designed to help users find deals, track prices, and manage refunds.

• No Endorsement: Savvio displays products from third-party retailers. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the products, services, or pricing of these third parties.
• AI Accuracy: Our AI strives for accuracy, but "real-time" data can change. We are not responsible for pricing errors, stock availability, or inaccuracies provided by third-party websites.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features (like Savvio Plus), you must create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• ‍Savvio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

• Plans: We offer a Care ($1.50/week), a Basic ($9.99/month) version and a paid "Plus" subscription ($19.99/month).
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring weekly or monthly basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
• ‍Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days' notice.

5. REFUND & RESOLUTION ASSISTANCE

Savvio assists users in navigating refund processes with third-party retailers.

• Role: Savvio acts as a facilitator, not a representative or legal counsel.
• Third-Party Policies: All refunds are subject to the specific return policies of the retailer where the purchase was made. Savvio does not guarantee that a retailer will grant a refund.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to "scrape," "crawl," or extract data from Savvio using automated means.
• ‍Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
• ‍Use the Service to impersonate others.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, AI algorithms, and software associated with Savvio are the exclusive property of Breeve Inc or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." SAVVIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVVIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SAVVIO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ARBITRATION)

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

• Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration in Orlando, rather than in court.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
