Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms form part of the legal agreement between you and Savvio (operated by Breeve, Inc., "Savvio," "we," "us"). They apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Money-Back Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. PLANS AND PRICING

Savvio offers the following subscription Plans:

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Pricing may vary based on promotional offers available at the time of enrollment.

2. Free Trials

Savvio may offer a Trial period for its Plans as indicated in the table above.

  • Unless you cancel before the Trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee immediately after the Trial period expires.
  • Only one (1) Trial is permitted per individual, household, Payment Method, and device, as determined by Savvio in its sole discretion.
  • Canceling and re-enrolling does not reset Trial eligibility. Repeated sign-ups, cancellations, or attempts to circumvent Trial limits constitute a violation of the Terms and Conditions, and Savvio reserves the right to deny access to Trials and to suspend or terminate affected accounts.
  • You may view your Trial end date and upcoming charges in your Account settings.

3. BILLING AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each Billing Cycle (weekly for Savvio Care, every 30 days for Savvio Basic and Savvio Plus) until you cancel.
BY ENROLLING IN A TRIAL OR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE SAVVIO AND ITS PAYMENT PROCESSORS TO CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON A RECURRING BASIS. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE END OF YOUR TRIAL OR CURRENT BILLING CYCLE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE APPLICABLE FEE FOR THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE.

4. Payment Method

You must provide a valid Payment Method (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other accepted method) to start a subscription or Trial. By subscribing, you authorize Savvio and its payment processors to charge the recurring fees, including applicable taxes, to your Payment Method.
If a payment is declined, Savvio may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, retry the charge on the same or a later date. Savvio may also suspend your access to premium features until payment is successful. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or card issuer due to declined payments.
You may see a temporary authorization or validation hold on your Payment Method when you enroll. This is not an actual charge and does not result in funds being collected unless your Trial ends without cancellation or the subscription charge becomes due. Authorization holds are released in accordance with your financial institution's policies.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Important: Cancellation stops future billing, but you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current paid Billing Cycle. Deleting the Savvio app or your Account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must follow the cancellation steps above.

6. Price or Term Changes

Savvio reserves the right to modify its subscription fees or Billing Cycles. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice via email or in-app notification before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree with the new price, you must cancel before the next renewal date; otherwise, the new rate will apply.

    7. Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

    • General Rule: Except as required by law or expressly provided in our Money-Back Policy, all charges are final and non-refundable once processed.
    • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first paid subscription charge. If you are not satisfied, contact us at help@get-savvio.com within 30 days of that charge to request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first paid charge. Renewals and subsequent payments are excluded.
    • No refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or plan downgrades after the initial 30-day period.

    8. Chargebacks

    We encourage you to contact help@get-savvio.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all billing issues quickly and fairly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of any accrued benefits, and a permanent ban from our Services.

    9. Changes to These Subscription Terms

    We may update these Subscription Terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. We will update the "Last Modified" date at the top. If a change materially affects your subscription, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Savvio after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
