Subscription Terms

Effective Date: January 27, 2026

These Subscription Terms form part of the legal agreement between you and Savvio (“Savvio”, “we”, “us”). They apply in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Money-Back Policy.

1. Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial for our Savvio Basic or Plus plans.

  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, we will automatically begin your paid subscription.
  • You will be charged the applicable subscription fee immediately after the trial period expires.
  • ‍Only one free trial is permitted per user/payment method.

2. Billing & automatic renewal

Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until you cancel.

Pricing may vary based on promotional offers or currency conversion.

3. Payment Method

  • You must provide a valid payment method (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) to start a subscription or trial.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to charge the recurring fees, including applicable taxes, to that method.
  • If a payment is declined, we may retry the charge or suspend your access to premium features until payment is successful.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Directly in your Account Settings on the Savvio platform; or
  • By emailing our support team at help@get-savvio.com.
  • Important: * Cancellation stops future billing, but you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current paid period.
  • ‍Deleting the Savvio app or your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must follow the cancellation steps above.

5. Price or Term Changes

We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees or billing cycles.

  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, we will automatically begin your paid subscription.
  • We will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice via email or in-app notification before any price change takes effect.
  • If you do not agree with the new price, you must cancel before the next renewal date; otherwise, the new rate will apply.

6. Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

  • General Rule: Except as required by law, all charges are non-refundable.
  • 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of the charge to request a refund.
  • No refunds or credits are issued for partial months, unused time, or downgrades after the initial 30-day period.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK Residents)

If you reside in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of your first purchase. However, if you access the premium features immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose this right or be charged proportionally for the service provided up to the point of withdrawal.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact help@get-savvio.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all billing issues quickly and fairly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from our services.

9. Changes to These Subscription Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Savvio after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
