1. The membership and its price

Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise at checkout. There is one subscription and one charge: Free Shipping and Protection are part of the membership, not separate subscriptions.
2. The trial
The membership starts with a 3-day trial charged at $0. During the trial you have full access to everything.
If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing else is charged. If you do not, the membership renews when the trial ends, 3 days after sign-up, at $69, and then every month.
One trial per person.
3. Cash back offer
If you signed up from one of our ads with a cash back offer, $15 can be claimed from the Billing page of your account once your first monthly payment of $69 goes through; it is then sent to your account email within a few minutes, and you choose PayPal, Venmo or a digital gift card. It is a reward for joining, not a discount: your membership is charged at the same price as everyone else's. One per person, new members only. If you cancel before that first payment, nothing is sent. The payout is made by our rewards provider under its own terms.
4. Automatic renewal
This is a continuous subscription: it renews automatically every month at $69, charged to the card you gave at checkout, until you cancel. The consent you give at checkout, including the exact wording you agreed to, is stored with your payment.
We email you when a payment is taken, and at least 14 days before any price change, so you can cancel before it applies.
Charges appear as GET-SAVVIO.COM on your card statement.
5. How to cancel
Three ways, all free, all immediate:
- One click, no login: get-savvio.com/manage-membership. Enter the email you signed up with and click Cancel. Done.
- From your account: Billing page, Cancel next to your membership.
- By email: help@get-savvio.com. A person cancels it for you, usually the same business day.
Cancellation takes effect immediately: access stops, no further payment is taken, and you get a confirmation by email. We do not make counter-offers, we do not ask you to call, and we do not ask why. If you cancel during a paid month, we do not refund the remainder of that month except as described in our Refund policy.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry over the following days and email you. Access may be paused until a payment goes through. If it keeps failing, the membership is canceled and you are not charged again.
7. Changes to the membership
We may change what the membership includes or its price. We email you at least 14 days before a change that affects you. If you do not agree, cancel before the change applies; continuing means you accept it.
