This Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for subscriptions purchased directly through get-savvio.com. It supplements—and does not replace—your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. This Policy forms part of the legal agreement between you and Breeve, Inc. ("Savvio," "we," "us").

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE

Except where a refund is required by law or expressly granted under this Policy, all charges are final and non-refundable once processed. Savvio provides digital content and AI-powered services that are available immediately upon purchase. We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind.

2. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to experience Savvio risk-free. If you are not satisfied after your first paid charge, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of that payment, provided all of the following conditions are met:

We review all requests in good faith and will email you our decision—approved or declined—within 5 business days.

3. CASES NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE

The 30-day guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

  • Billing Awareness: Forgetting to cancel a free trial before it converts to a paid plan, or forgetting to cancel before a monthly renewal.
  • Partial Use: Requests made after the 30-day window for unused time in a billing cycle.
  • Multiple Claims: Attempting to claim a refund for the same household, individual, or Payment Method multiple times.
  • Abuse: Accounts that have previously filed chargebacks, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated our Terms and Conditions.
  • Subsequent Charges: Any renewal charges or weekly/monthly payments after the first paid charge.

4. HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

  • Original Method: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method only (e.g., your credit card or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: We initiate the refund within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 10–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Currency: All refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Savvio is not responsible for any exchange rate differences, conversion fees, or banking charges applied by your financial institution.

5. TRIAL CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

If you cancel during a Trial period before it converts to a paid subscription, you will not be charged the recurring subscription fee. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the Trial ends using the methods described in our Subscription Terms.

If a Trial converts to a paid subscription because you did not cancel in time, this does not constitute an eligible refund scenario under the 30-day guarantee unless you contact us within 30 days of the first paid charge.

6. CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us first. Most billing issues can be resolved faster via our support team at help@get-savvio.com than through a formal bank dispute (chargeback). Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate and permanent suspension of your Savvio Account
  • Forfeiture of any accrued benefits or unused subscription time
  • A permanent ban from our Services

Savvio reserves the right to dispute any chargeback it considers to be fraudulent or abusive.

7. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Savvio may, in its sole discretion, consider refund requests outside the scope of the 30-day guarantee on a case-by-case basis, including situations involving documented technical errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions. Such consideration is at Savvio's sole discretion and does not create any obligation or precedent.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Money-Back Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Modified" date. If you are an active subscriber and a change materially limits your refund rights, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect.
